Our Flip Buy Box

Are you a wholesaler or a bird dog who has a deal they would like to submit?

If so, here is our current buy box for flips:

Bird Dog Program

We will pay bird dogs a $1,500 fee for any flip property that you submit that we close on.

If more than one bird dog submits the same deal, the first one to submit the deal will get the finder's fee.

Please do your research on the ARVs before submitting a deal.

Please include links to at least three comps to your submission

If you submit more than three deals in a six-month period that do not fit the buy box, we will no longer accept deals from you.

Bird dog fees for multifamily properties are negotiable; please include your requested fee with your submission.
