Offer Requirements
After-renovated value (ARV) of $350,000+
Purchase price must = ARV x 70% - 90,000 or less
(For example, If ARV is $360,000, then the purchase price must be 360,000 x 0.7 - 90,000 or $162,000 or less)
Bird Dog Program
We will pay bird dogs a $1,500 fee for any property that you submit that we close on.
If more than one bird dog submits the same deal, the first one to submit the deal will get the finder's fee.
Please do your research on the ARVs before submitting a deal.
Please include links to at least three comps to your submission
If you submit more than three deals in a six-month period that do not fit the buy box, we will no longer accept deals from you.
